The well-regarded Let’sdeal made a strong return to racing in the Peter McKean Handicap (Race 7-1400m) at Pinjarra today and looks set for an exciting prep.

The four-year-old continued our stable’s tremendous start to the new season, with today’s victory our sixth from only 14 runners since August 1, and the strapping son of Dundeel appears ready to start fulfilling his ample potential.

Let’sdeal created a major impression with a heavily-supported and equally dominant debut win at Northam on September 9 last year, and was touted a major WATC Derby prospect last season, however, immaturity meant he wasn’t quite ready to mix it with the heavy hitters last autumn.

However, after spelling well and enjoying an uninterrupted training preparation, Let’sdeal is right back on track and can springboard off this first-up result straight into metro grade, with the Ratings 66+ Handicap (1600m) at Belmont on Saturday September 3 a possible second-up option.
